Shipping
Fishflix.com will ship orders anywhere in the world. Orders ship within one business day of purchase. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order will be delayed for any reason. Fishflix.com is secured by industry leader Shopify Payments. Credit card transactions are transmitted with a Secure Socket Layer and encrypted. We do not sell your personal information or abuse your privacy. We make every effort to use customer information as intended by the customer. Ordering
Orders can be placed online by placing items in your shopping cart and then following the steps required to check out.
Payment, Pricing
Payment can be made using all major credit cards. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
All prices posted on the web page are final at the time of sale. Prices are subject to change. We run periodic sales and promotions that are not retroactive.
Viewing Orders
After you have placed an order, you can check the status of your order by visiting www.FishFlix.com/account in the upper right hand corner of the page. You’ll be taken to your Dashboard, where you can view your order and the status of it.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information easily. Log in to your account here. You will be taken to your Dashboard. From there you can update your contact information, password, newsletter subscriptions, billing and shipping information.
Returns & Replacements
Defective
Defective products may be returned and exchanged for a new product. If you have received a defective product, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the problem and your product will be replaced at no charge in a timely manner.
General Returns (non-defective)
Non-defective returns are accepted and refunded (less shipping) opened or unopened. All returns must be received within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning a product. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and you will be instructed in how to proceed. Qualifying returns will be issued a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
